The guy with scars, see the gray fills in them...? Do you? Right, replace them with more red'ish color which would be somewhat between gray and red.
The sprites look good. The bodies don't look too big and the glasses fit well (aside from the glasses on the scientist. They look a bit out of place. Just slide them over a bit). I really like the sprites. The Mp7 looks bad ass.
Also zombies are very hard to draw. I get that.
